Kloh terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ENDEV LLC, which runs Kloh (kloh.ai). By using Kloh you agree to them.
What Kloh does
Kloh builds iPhone apps from your descriptions, lets you try them, and, when you ask, publishes them to the App Store in your own Apple developer account by working in Apple's websites on your behalf. You authorize Kloh to do that for the apps you ask it to ship.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
Subscription and billing
- Kloh costs $99 a month or $990 a year, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. There's no free trial.
- Each month includes a building allowance. If you turn on pay-as-you-go, use beyond it is billed monthly as shown in Kloh. Without it, building pauses until your next month.
- Cancel any time from your account menu; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren't refundable except where the law requires.
- Apple's developer program fee ($99 a year) is paid to Apple, not to us.
Your apps
You own the apps you make with Kloh and everything you put into them, and you can download their code and data at any time. You're the publisher of your apps: you're responsible for their content, for following Apple's rules and the law, and for how they treat their users' data. Apple decides whether to approve an app; we can't guarantee approval.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kloh to make apps that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringe others' rights, or break Apple's guidelines, and don't try to break, overload or misuse Kloh. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI
Apps and answers are produced by AI and can contain mistakes. Try your app before you publish it.
Disclaimers and liability
Kloh is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, or App Store decisions, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here. Continuing to use Kloh after a change means you accept it.
