Kloh privacy policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
Kloh (kloh.ai) is run by ENDEV LLC. It builds iPhone apps from what you describe and publishes them to the App Store for you. This policy explains what we collect to do that, and what we don't.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and an account ID. We don't receive your Google or Apple password.
- What you make. Your app ideas, chat messages, the apps Kloh builds for you and their versions.
- Your Apple developer account access. To publish for you, Kloh signs in to Apple on your behalf. Your Apple ID password, card numbers and verification codes are typed straight into Apple's pages and never stored. We keep, encrypted, the App Store Connect API key Kloh creates for you and Apple's sign-in session, so you aren't asked again each time. Your name, phone and address for Apple's review contact are saved if you give them.
- Payments. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
- Usage. How much building, AI and cloud builds you use each month, to apply your allowance and any pay-as-you-go charges.
- Technical logs. Our servers record requests (IP address, browser, pages and times) for security and to keep Kloh running.
- Optional connections. If you connect GitHub or move an app to your own Firebase, we keep the access needed for that, encrypted.
Your apps' users
Apps made with Kloh can store their users' data (accounts, records, photos) on Kloh's servers on your behalf. You decide what your app collects; each app has its own privacy policy. We use that data only to run your app, and you can download it or move it to your own Firebase at any time.
How we use it
To build, run and publish your apps, to bill you correctly, to keep Kloh secure, and to contact you about your account and apps. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make Kloh work, each under its own privacy terms:
- Anthropic (the AI that builds your apps and answers in them)
- Google Cloud (hosting, database and file storage)
- Stripe (payments)
- Expo (iPhone app builds and updates)
- Apple (App Store Connect, TestFlight and App Review, when you ask Kloh to put an app there)
- GitHub or Firebase, only if you connect them
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while you have an account. Email us to delete your account and the data Kloh holds for you; apps already published stay in your own Apple developer account, which you control.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and keys and sign-in sessions are encrypted at rest. Each app build runs in its own isolated container.
Children
Kloh is for adults. Publishing to the App Store requires an Apple developer account, which requires being 18 or older.
